Especially for this, now available is PrimaCover Standard FR flame-retardant non woven covering. This self-adhesive non woven covering meets the EN 13501-1 Bfl s1 standard. As you would expect, PrimaCover primarily offers safe protection to floors and stairs against moisture, paint and mechanical damage. But if you also want to comply with fire safety requirements, this unique flame-retardant non woven covering is a must.
Flame retardant non woven covering
PrimaCover Standard FR (Flame Retardant) is a flame-retardant non woven covering that meets the EN 13501-1 Bfl s1 standard. Extensive tests have shown that our product is extremely flame-retardant. This is an important requirement if you want to cover the surface in, for example, public buildings, medical institutions, hotels and maritime environments. Clients may require you to use fire-preventive measures during activities such as construction, finishing, renovation, painting and (technical) maintenance. This flame-retardant covering material provides extra safety for people and buildings and reduces the risk of calamities.

Safe protection of floors and stairs
Of course fire safety alone is not enough; you choose PrimaCover Standard FR for safe protection of floors and stairs. This flame-retardant non woven covering will prevent damage caused by debris, dirt, moisture, paint, latex, ladders, scaffolding, building materials, falling tools and grinding. The adhesion is excellent on thoroughly dried hard substrates. For example, ceramic tiles, cast floors, concrete and wood. The non woven rolls out easily and has just enough adhesive strength. It is ideal for both large and small jobs. In some cases, for example when painting or doing small maintenance jobs, a single strip is often enough. With a 10cm overlap, several strips of non woven create an uninterrupted, moisture-resistant protective covering for the entire floor.
